I am proud to offer my former family home to students of Newcastle University.

The house is on the pacific highway side of Ourimbah and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the train station or 20 minute walk to the uni campus.

I have furnished the home for students with a view to creating a homely environment. This 6 bedroom home is split level (4 levels); with 3 bedrooms, lounge room and bathroom on upper levels and another 2 bedrooms with combined bathroom/laundry on the entry level and bedroom 6 on ground level with separate access.

The home boasts a front porch and a side entry, also a rear deck. The rear of the property backs onto Ourimbah wilderness with bush turkeys and goannas as regular visitors. There is front driveway/yard parking for up to 3 cars and street parking to cater for more.

All bedrooms have secure individual keyed locks and have adequate storage options for clothes and personal items with each room having a study desk and chair. Each bedroom comes with a set of bedding, pillows and a bath towel to assist in the settling into a new living environment.

Bedrooms 1 to 4 are in the main house. Bedroom 5 is a loft bedroom. Bedroom 6 (Studio Room) is a standalone studio room at the rear of the house.

There is a mix of male and female tenants in the 6 rooms currently tenanted - they are great young people and have created a very friendly and supportive space - their study disciplines cut across: Sports science, Podiatry, Oral Health, Marine Studies and Psychology

Property Maintenance/Services:

The landlord will provide a once weekly clean of all common areas which include: upstairs bathroom and lounge room; downstairs bathroom, lower level dining/family room and kitchen (this service is included in your weekly rent).

The landlord will also provide yard maintenance as/when required - included in weekly rent.

Individual room cleaning service offered to residents for a fee.

ALL utilities are covered in rent including: electricity, gas, water, NBN and Foxtel.
ALL house cleaning products provided (kitchen, bathroom, floors)
