The back porch has a peaceful view of the Girls’ cow birthing paddock set in a beautiful setting of the wetlands with all kinds of birds, a great place to wind down at the end of the day. With its own entrance, separate from the main house, the occupant also has access to an infrared Sauna in the Zen Shed at $15 per 40 minute session. The town center offers many different facilities also. This would suit a mature aged student or visiting lecturer or firend of the Uni. Time frames can be flexible. There is a laundry in East Maitland. ALL amenities included plus;
